can a PHP website write to a share drive?

I have an apache server on IP and it hosts my website. Is it possible to take data from a website and store it on a file on a USB drive on another IP? like a share drive?

  4. The computer had that drive or something and thats big one the other is security of course and thats big one the computer had that you can write to drive to.
    The other is security of course and that problem oncethere is workaround.
